We’re on a
mission to
close the
gender gap in AI

Our nationally representative AI Judgment Penalty research, as featured in Fortune, uncovered one of the biggest hidden barriers to AI adoption: women are judged more harshly for using AI. Those insights informed Permission to Prompt, our AI training designed to drive responsible adoption.

Meet the Founder

Zehra Chatoo is an international keynote speaker and one of the leading voices on responsible and inclusive AI adoption. She is the creator of the AI Judgment Penalty, the first study to demonstrate that women are penalised for using AI in ways men are not. As Founder of Code For Good Now, she draws on more than two decades of experience helping brands grow across technology, media and advertising, including senior leadership roles at Meta and Omnicom.

Her research found women were twice as likely to have their competence questioned and 22% more likely to have their trustworthiness doubted after disclosing AI use, despite identical work. The findings reframed the debate from women needing to catch up with AI to organisations needing to remove the barriers to adoption. The research has since been covered globally by Forbes, Fortune and Inc.

Today, Zehra advises organisations on responsible AI adoption through research, strategic advisory and AI capability building. Her work includes Permission to Prompt, an AI training programme designed to increase responsible and effective AI adoption and REP IQ, an AI-powered model linking representation to commercial performance.

Zehra sits on the Board of UN Women UK and the Effie Advisory Council, lectures in brand strategy at the University of Oxford, and has spoken at global events including the World Economic Forum in Davos. Her work has been recognised with Cannes Lions, Campaign and IPA Effectiveness Awards, and Campaign’s 40 Over 40.
